Current Opportunities

Advanced excavator GPS machine control system in use on a Pavitt Group earthmoving site.

Excavator & Skid Steer Operator (Full-Time)

We’re looking for experienced operators with a minimum of 3 years in civil construction, confident working with machines from 5T to 26T.

Experience digging safely around services is advantageous.

Requirements: LE & LS tickets, White Card, HR licence minimum. Additional tickets a bonus.

Pipe Layer (Full-Time)

We're seeking a skilled pipe layer with solid civil construction experience. You’ll be working across drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure installations. Must have a solid understanding of trench safety, pipe placement, and levels. Experience in building manholes is highly regarded.


Requirements: White Card, experience reading plans/levels, and proven experience in a similar role.

Tipper Truck Driver – HR Licence

We need a reliable HR driver with experience carting materials to and from site. Familiarity with civil works and safe loading practices is important.


Requirements: HR Licence minimum, White Card, and experience on civil sites.
